• All hosting annual packages have 30 days – no question asked refund policy. 
• Full refund will be issued if hosting package cancelled within 30 days.
• No refund is offered on monthly hosting payment plans.
• All annual hosting package must be renewed before the expiry date. Refund policy is applicable on first year only. 
• To cancel your hosting, please email at support@cannywebsolutions.com within 30 days. 

Domain Refund Policy

• We do not offer refund on domain name registration.
• No credit offered on domain name registration.
• Promotional rates are subject to availability.
• Minimum duration is one year for domain name registration.
